Proposed HOA Documents

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DOCUMENTS THAT ARE CONTAINED IN THESE LINKS ARE PROPOSED. ALSO INCLUDED IS A DOCUMENT OUTLINING THE BENEFITS AND CHANGES OF THESE DOCUMENTS. 

They require approval from the HOA members who are owners paid to date on their association assessments.  A ballot will be distributed to the residents for their vote. 

With the current documents, trustees have to be named by the St. Louis County Council because we cannot get a quorum because it is based upon the total number of homes instead of the amount of people who attend the meeting.   They have been extremely cooperative but we need to fix this so that our community can make their decisions and not burden our County Council.
